Carne Asada White Bass

Ingredients:

-2-4 White Bass Fillets
-Carne Asada Seasoning
-Garlic Powder
-Smoked Paprika
-1 TBS Butter
-1 Lime

Prepare the Fish:

  • Season White Bass fillets generously with carne asada seasoning, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.

Cook the Fish:

  • Heat a medium pan over medium-high heat.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the pan and let it melt and sizzle.

Sear the Fillets:

  • Place the seasoned fillets in the pan.
  • Cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side until the fish is nicely browned.
  • Flip the fillets and cook for another 3-4 minutes on the other side.

Finish with Lime:

  • About 1 minute before the fillets are done, squeeze fresh lime juice over them.

Serve:

  • Remove the fillets from the pan and plate them.
