
Carne Asada White Bass

Ingredients:
-2-4 White Bass Fillets
-Carne Asada Seasoning
-Garlic Powder
-Smoked Paprika
-1 TBS Butter
-1 Lime
Prepare the Fish:
- Season White Bass fillets generously with carne asada seasoning, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
Cook the Fish:
- Heat a medium pan over medium-high heat.
- Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the pan and let it melt and sizzle.
Sear the Fillets:
- Place the seasoned fillets in the pan.
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side until the fish is nicely browned.
- Flip the fillets and cook for another 3-4 minutes on the other side.
Finish with Lime:
- About 1 minute before the fillets are done, squeeze fresh lime juice over them.
Serve:
- Remove the fillets from the pan and plate them.
