Lemon Pepper Drum

Ingredients:

-2-4 Freshwater Drum Fillets
-Lemon Pepper Seasoning
-Garlic Powder
-Pepper
-1 TBS Butter

Instructions

Heat the Pan:

  • Heat a medium pan over medium-high heat.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the pan and let it melt.

Season the Fillets:

  • Season both sides of the fillets with lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, and a pinch of pepper.

Cook the Fillets:

  • Place the seasoned fillets in the pan.
  • Cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side until the fish is nicely browned.
  • Flip the fillets and cook for another 3-4 minutes on the other side.

Serve:

  • Remove the fillets from the pan and plate them.
  • Enjoy your delicious lemon pepper freshwater drum fillets!
