
Lemon Pepper Drum

Ingredients:
-2-4 Freshwater Drum Fillets
-Lemon Pepper Seasoning
-Garlic Powder
-Pepper
-1 TBS Butter
Instructions
Heat the Pan:
- Heat a medium pan over medium-high heat.
- Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the pan and let it melt.
Season the Fillets:
- Season both sides of the fillets with lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, and a pinch of pepper.
Cook the Fillets:
- Place the seasoned fillets in the pan.
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side until the fish is nicely browned.
- Flip the fillets and cook for another 3-4 minutes on the other side.
Serve:
- Remove the fillets from the pan and plate them.
