Easy Fish Fry

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Lb Fish Fillets
  • Oil For Frying
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 1 Bottle Franks RedHot
  • Salt & Pepper

Method
 

  1. In a deep pan or skillet, heat about 2 inches
Heat oil
  1. Heat about 2 inches of oil to 350–375°F in a deep pot or pan.
Cut fish
  1. Cut fish into bite-size pieces or strips.
Plain flour
  1. Toss fish lightly in plain flour (this gives the sauce something to grab).
Frank’s
  1. Coat floured fish in Frank’s RedHot.
Seasoned flour
  1. Toss in flour seasoned with salt & pepper.
Fry
  1. Fry in batches for 3–5 minutes, until golden and crispy.
Drain & eat
  1. Paper towels or rack. Optional extra Frank’s on top.
